Heiniko Productions is the data controller for personal data collected through the Heiniko Man games. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

Data we collect and why

• Name you enter for access (first and last name) — to review and grant access to the game. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Account data (email address, login credentials or Google sign-in profile) — to create your account and link purchases. Legal basis: contract performance.
• Purchase records (which game you bought, transaction ID) — to unlock games you own. Legal basis: contract performance and legal obligation.
• Technical data (IP address, device and browser information, local storage on your device) — for security, fraud prevention and keeping the game working. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Who we share data with

• Service providers that host the game, its database and sign-in.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of products, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
• Authorities where required by law.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers are protected by safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

We keep account and purchase data while your account is active and as long as required for legal and tax purposes. Access requests are kept while relevant. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a data protection authority. We respond to requests within one month.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections and access controls.

Cookies and local storage

We only use essential storage needed for sign-in, remembering your access approval and game settings. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear this storage in your browser settings.
