These terms govern your use of the Heiniko Man and Heiniko Man 2 browser games (the "Service"). The Service is provided by Heiniko Productions ("we", "us"). When you use the Service or make a purchase, you are contracting with Heiniko Productions.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are under the age of legal majority, you must have a parent or guardian's permission.

2. The Service

The Service consists of horror-themed single-player browser games. Some games require a one-time purchase to unlock. Content includes depictions of violence and blood.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful use of the Service, or use that infringes others' rights.
• No fraud, spam, impersonation, or misuse of the access-request system.
• No infringement of our or third parties' intellectual property.
• No interference with security: no malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering, or circumventing payment or access controls.
• No resale or redistribution of the games.

5. Intellectual property

Heiniko Productions retains all rights in the Service, including the software, characters, artwork, sound, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the games you have access to.

6. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Purchases are one-time payments; there are no subscriptions. 7. Service level

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment or chargebacks, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
