Heiniko Productions offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases of Heiniko Man, Heiniko Man 2 and the bundle.

How to request a refund

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or reply to your purchase receipt email.

After a refund

Once a refund is processed, access to the refunded game is removed from your account. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
